Snowville Creamery

Voinovich School’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) began consulting for Snowville Creamery in 2006. Victoria and Warren Taylor started their business in 2007 with the idea of stopping a three decade drop in American children’s milk consumption. OHIO SBDC Director Lissa Jollick and a team of gradate students created a marketing plan, aided the Taylor’s in financing and connecting with business contacts.

The vast majority of the year Snowville Creamery gets milk from their neighbors Dix/Hall and Hamm Valley dairy farms. The run on pasture-based, grass-grazing methods.

Kroger is the largest outlet of Snowville products in the Athens area. Snowville Creamery is also sold at four Kroger stores in Columbus, Ohio.

Snowville Creamery is now being sold in Whole Foods Markets, 17 stores in the United States, providing 50% of Snowville Creamery's sales.
